Paul Okoye remembers late mother amid messy family drama: “I wish you were here”

         
Moments ago, Paul Okoye of the P-Square fame shared the photo of the their late mother Josephine Okoye, though it is not her death anniversary yet. “I wish you were around,” he captioned the beautiful woman’s photo, adding a crying emoji.

“Now I understand what these life is without having a mother,” the singer and songwriter continued. “You’ve played your part. Thank you very much, mum. Miss you.”

Josephine Okoye died in an Indian hospital on July 11, 2012, after a prolonged illness, and their father passed away in November 2014. There are claims that their mother would never have permitted the ongoing messy drama which started in 2013, after her death.

Recall that when Jude Okoye held his traditional wedding in 2014, and Peter Okoye did not attend it. Many people believed that Peter Okoye only paid his older brother back in his own coin; he had also missed Peter’s wedding to Lola in November 2013.
Well, the family has really become messy as Peter Okoye insists on putting an end to ‘family business’. Days ago, he dropped his first single, and yesterday, he went on another solo performance.
