On Saturday, March 5, Nigerian actor Daniel K Daniel emerged as Africa's best actor at the 2016 AMVCA awards.

The talented won the 2016 AMVCA best actor for his role as Bossman, in Nigerian war thriller "A Soldier's Story,"beatingMajid Michel, Mike Ezuruonye, Van Vicker, Segun Arinzeand Blossom Chukwujekwu to win the award.
       
Majid Michel who was nominated for his role in "Being Mrs Elliott," took to his Instagram page to congratulate Daniel K Daniel, and Chidozie Sambasa Nzeribe, who won "best supporting actor' for his role in "Soldier's Story."
