The Cele Bobo crooner, Yemi Alade and Davido will do battle as they have both been nominated
for the best African act category in the latest edition of the MTV European Music awards.
Yemi Alade who won female artiste of the year at the MAMAs will slug it out with Davido in this category.
Meanwhile, Wizkid, DJ Arafat, KO, Stonebwoy and Cassper Nyovest's fates in the award would be determined by fans.
Various hashtags have been created for fans of the artistes to vote from now till 14th September 2015.
Hashtags to vote are: #NominateWizkid, #NominateDJArafat, #NominateKO, #NominateStonebwoy and #NominateCassper.
Full list of nominees will be announced on 15th September 2015.
